Leadership camp 2010 Lembaga Pengawas Sukan.
This is a camp I purposely organized for them. They are some form 4 that will be the Ajks next year.Hope you all enjoyed the process but not the result.
Yea and today is the day they should prepare to learn something from the games. I think is more on about leadership and teamwork. It was so so so tired , Saturday still need to wake up so early in the morning , prepare and ready the things I left behind , headed to MCD to met up YS and KQ.Reached school at 8am sharp. Categorized group , and the camp officially started after my talk.
The first game actually was Ice Breaking. Maybe because they still not yet awake from their dreaming , the surrounding feeling was so dam cold , inactive. Thank to Jieyi here , she asked a good question to lighten-up the atmosphere. Due to some arrangements , I had didn't make the Ice Breaking on time. I have to go on with the 2nd games.

Human's knot or complicated's hand.
We went to Block G together. They have to play in group , compare which group can solve the knot as fast as possible. At last , there is no any results. Both of the groups did very well , they should understand the objective of this game. If work as a team without compliment , the knot still there , the problem still can't be solved and the team will dismiss soon.
They have to pair with their partner that I settled for them. 2 friends with 3 legs , you still have to protect or own balloon while attacking. But don't forget , you have to pay all your compliment to your partner. Same thing , your partner also need to contribute all the teamwork with you.

And they played like the picture has shown. Crazy and wild are what can i described for them. They were totally get into the game , like balloon is their own life , i cant die i cant die i cant die...Good compliments i saw from SiewSheng & Mernjo. It was a biggest un-expectation for me because they played well in this game.Keep it up MernJo , you know what i want from you =)
Break time right after Protected Balloons. Oh yea i forgot ,gave away 2 big bottles 100plus to Group B and the group of KinMing and Nicholas. Both of them were the winner of this game ! Congratz.
Went back to classroom. In a good condition , relax and enjoy my games.
Newspaper Q&A is what they were having after meals. Read how much you possible to read , and answer my questions. This game i think it is very easy , everyone knows TheStar is the easier English newspaper. And read only 1 newspaper in a group , much more easier.

Well , there is no any result also. The importance of teamwork is not about what result you get.
The next , Straw's building.
They have to use 2 packs of straws , tapes and scissor to build a building. The tallest and stable consider as winner of this game. But, some player was expert in game will be kicked out ! So , manage your people well , let everyone works out for this game.

The last , the climax of this camp.
They will received a task from me. And especially for their own attitude.
This game is something like problems solving. It might be a lot of method to do , but you have to present in front of all of us. 15 minutes to prepare , 5 minutes to present.
I never see them so hard working before.
A person couldn't do all the things. Same thing here , you can easily broke a chopstick , but when I give you 10 pair of chopsticks together , you are not be able to broke.
So form 4 , I wish to have a unforgettable Majlis Perpisahan.
